Polygon geometry representing hotels / motels for the Registrtation and Inspection Program. The hotels/motels that partipate in this program have (4) four or more rooms and are (5) five years old or older. Hotels / motels are graded by Property Standards Specialists on their interior and exterior. All grades are entered into TRAKiT and then run through a geoprocessing process with their boundaries for mapping purposes. Properties are continually added as they age and the programs start in October.
