Description: Applicants fill out a form online and submit some documents with a payment in order to register with the city. Both Planning and Neighborhood Services review each application for registration and then Neighborhood Services will issue a certificate. Description: Apartment data derived from the Long Range Planning Division’s review of building permits (March 2019). The data was geocoded from an excel table and then verified with aerial photography. Data includes number of units, year built, and estimated population. Multifamily Type is defined as below:MF - Multifamily, traditional multifamily less than 30 dwelling units per acreMR - Mid-Rise Residential, residential development five or more stories in heightMUMF - Mixed-Use Multifamily, multifamily developments with a density of 30 dwelling units per acre or higherRH - Retirement Housing, independent living facilities (apartments) limited to people age 55 years and older
