This (polygon) feature class contains turf, planted areas and impervious areas that are maintained by the parks department via median & ROW bid sets. The responsibility is sometimes shared with HOAs thru agreements and can fall back onto the parks department making them an alternate. In many cases the owner of the property is responsible for maintenance to curb, in other cases that is not possible due to lack of access (for example: screen walls and living screens)<\/SPAN><\/P>
